Born and raised in Rye, NY, Claire Flower is the daughter of a renowned floral designer and National Council Master Flower Show Judge (Claire Hyland Palermo). She has been deeply involved in flower arranging and design all her life, winning her first flower show blue ribbons at the age of eight. After successful careers as a public relations and marketing executive, and as a photographer whose work is in several corporate and private collections, Claire decided to concentrate on her first love.
