In 1989 I was working for a Honda, Izuzu, and Suzuki car dealership in Central Florida. During what some considered a recession, in 1991, I moved to a Honda dealership in an area with a high concentration of retired people. I learned that the trust factor a customer gives their technician can form a long lasting relationship beneficial to the dealership, technician, and the customer. When I moved to North Carolina, in 1993 , I had the skills to enter almost any dealership.
