- If you are like me and many others you probably have caught the flu within the past month or so. I am a lot better now. Are you better yet? If not yet, you can try something that I did when I had the flu that made me feel relaxed. I heard that ginger is very soothing when you have a cold or flu, therefore I decided to give my ginger therapy bath set a try. I got it for Christmas and hadn’t used it yet. I thought why not try it for my flu. I know it isn’t fresh ginger but I thought I’d give it a try anyways. Guess what? I worked really well! I soaked myself in a nice hot bath with the ginger bath salts and gave myself a nice massage with the little brush that came with the set. After my nice hot bath I used the ginger lotion and it helped me stay relaxed and sleep better.
