- Aljunied Town Council manages the HDB estates in the Aljunied GRC which includes Aljunied-Hougang, Kembangan-Punggol, Aljunied-Kembangan, Eunos and Paya Lebar Divisions. About 70,000 dwelling units, shops and hawker stalls fall under its purview.
- At the centre of the management is a holistic team of elected members and Town Councillors who are professionals and community leaders from a wide range of experiences and competencies. They come together and form committees to oversee matters in the Estates Management, Finance and Admin, Business Liaison, Tender and Contracts and Public Relations.
