ALDEZ Welders is a partnership between Jim Alderson and Manuel Hernandez. We became associated at our first code shop in 1969. Succeeding years have provided exposure to many applications and material requirements. Manuel worked his way up in the fabrication shop and also teaches welding on a college level. Jim concentrated on quality control and management. In 1990 we joined forces and opened our own ASME certified pressure vessel shop.
