Lisa Rosen, President and founder of RTR, is a former paralegal and experienced legal software consultant. She has been working in the litigation support industry for several years and is certified to train on the nation’s most widely utilized litigation support applications. In January 2006, she received the Law Technology News award for Litigation Support Service/Consultant of the year for 2005. In 2004, she was awarded Dataflight’s Presidential Circle Award for Outstanding Client Support and Product Development for the software applications Concordance and Opticon. Lisa has provided consulting and training at several of AMLAW’s top 100 firms throughout the country, as well as for in-house legal groups for many Fortune 500 Companies. She has also spoken before several groups about legal technology and vendor services.
Lisa is an adjunct professor in the Roosevelt University Paralegal Program, teaching a course she developed in Legal Technology. After working as the in-house trainer at Winston and Strawn for several years, Lisa formed Rosen Technology Resources, Inc. RTR is a resource for litigation support, imaging and coding, electronic discovery, software training/sales, document hosting and trial support.
Keith Rowand, the architect of ALCoder™, has over 10 years experience in litigation support and over 20 years experience with computer systems. Keith has worked at several AmLaw 100 law firms in litigation support, litigation support management or consulting, as well as at a national service bureau. At CACI, he led a team that provided litigation support services to the Department of Justice. In 2001, Keith founded the company that would become A.L.Coder LLC, and created the first shrink-wrapped automated document coding application for litigation support.
