We are a group of Muslims in East London, U.K. following the Qur'aan and the Sunnah, upon the understanding of the Salaf-us-Saalih (the Pious Predecessors). They (the Pious Predecessors) are the Companions of the Prophet Muhammad (Sallallaahu 'alayhi wa sallam), the Taabi'een and the Atba Taabi'een. As the Prophet (Sallallaahu 'alayhi wa sallam) said in an authentic hadeeth: "The best of mankind is my generation (the Companions), then those who come after them (the Taabi'een), then those who come after them (Atba Taabi'een)."
