The AITT (est. 1984) is a totally independent non-profit making organisation and is not in competition with the instructors on its register. It is concerned with the training of operators, instructors, tutors and examiners on all types of industrial trucks and applies the standards set out in the Health and Safety Commission Approved Code of Practice (ACoP L117) in all industrial sectors.
