We (Agentfree Real Estate Marketing Inc.) are a marketing company providing listing services to properties sold by their owner. We do not charge the home owners any commission in return for our services.
We do not represent the seller or the buyer in the transaction. Our service is not intended for properties listed with Realtors.
We do not and will not provide any service for which there is a license required under the OREA or CREA or any other Real Estate boards or Real Estate Associations in Canada . There is no agency formed between Agentfree REM Inc. and property sellers and buyers.We are not in any way involved in the transaction. All information regarding subject property is provided by the owner and we do not make any changes or additions to that information. Customers understand that they sell, rent or lease their property by themselves. Subscription for our service expires in 6 months time from the day the signup is approved, however if needed customer can renew the service for a discounted rate. The property will be unlisted at the request of customer. The property will be unlisted when customer reports that the property is sold. A SOLD sticker, provided by us with signage, will be put on the sign by customer. Customer will return all signs provided once the property is unlisted. Tips and information provided on our website or any other publications are not legal advice and customers should make all decision involving selling or buying property with due diligence at all time. No one other than the authorized person is allowed to use our publications signs for a property other than the one it is provided to by us. All material and graphics on our website is the property of Agentfree Real Estate Marketing Inc. and should not be reused, published, distributed.
