NFL Flag Football (ages 5 through adult) is a five-on-five version of traditional flag football, in which a flag hanging from a waist belt must be snatched in lieu of tackling.
League boundaries have not been set, players from all areas are eligible to play in the Avon Grove NFL Flag Football League.
League age runs from August 31, to September 1. Player's age on September 1, 2004 determines league age for the 2004 seasons.
