- To talk about our family, we are originally from a village called Agashi, near Virar in the Thane district of Maharashtra, India.
- Although the website is named 'Agaskars' (more of a domain name capturing effort) it relates to the whole Clan across the direct families of our Aunts & Cousin Sisters, who have married and now fall under different Surname heads. So now the Agaskars Clan umbrella includes the Kelkar, Dighe, Tawde, Shah, Seth, Sawant, Bhat, Pawar families and the list simply goes on..
