Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa unveiled his plans for mayoral takeover of the LAUSD in his April 18 State of the City address.

The Adult and Occupational Education Committee completed and ratified its contract negotiations package at the March 10 meeting. Our platform is the culmination of several months of discussion in both regular monthly meetings and meetings of the committee’s Negotiations Task Force.
