- Welcome! Are you Addicted to Dolls ? We sure are. So much so, that we started this business in large part to satisfy our own habits. See, our local FAO Schwarz with its fabulous doll boutique went out of business in January 2002. We went through the normal grief process – denial, sadness, anger and then, gradual acceptance. But we were not about to take this change in fortune lying down. So one hot summer night three of us got together to talk about opening a doll shop. And we talked. And talked. And meanwhile we bought dolls from one another.
