- Dr. Adams grew up in the military, living across the United States and in Germany. She graduated from Texas Tech University in 1992 with a B.S., Cum Laude, in Biology. She earned her M.D. from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas in 1996, and she continued her postgraduate training at U.T.M.B. as a Pediatric Resident in the Department of Pediatrics. After she completed her residency in 2000, she joined the 7th Medical Group at Dyess Air Force Base as a civilian pediatrician. In October 2004, Dr. Adams opened her solo practice in Abilene.
