- Accountable Kids was created, not because we had all the answers, but because we had many of the same questions as other parents. We began searching for a program to teach our children accountability, responsibility, and integrity. Many books provide information on how to parent effectively, but few offered the “nuts and bolts” or the step by step instructions on how to achieve specific goals. We also found that most books did not address the values and morals we believed needed to be at the core of our child rearing. We decided to unite our efforts and design a unique program for our children.
