Academy of Allied Nurses LLC provides Professional Nursing Services for In-Home Private Duty Nursing, Home Health Care, Hospice, Ventilator Life-Support, and Healthcare Facility Staffing. Our nurses work directly with our patients in their homes and indirectly as Agency Nurse Contractors to supplement staffing shortages at Healthcare Facilities--these include Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Rehabilitation Centers, Assisted Living Facilities, Urgent Care Centers, Clinics, Schools, and Prisons. Our patients are of all ages and ailments.
We are a Guild of Professional Nurses unified in our passion to provide superior patient care which sets us apart from our peers and competition. We are dedicated to continuing our individual progress and education through ongoing learning in the classroom, clinical, and online settings. We freely share our knowledge and experience with one another and have an on-call network of experts for consultation as well as an online forum and database.
We use a cohesive team approach when managing our patient’s care--utilizing the patient, primary caregiver, family, physician(s), case manager(s), government appointed advocate(s), and ancillary healthcare service provider(s). Our diverse experiences in a multitude of nursing backgrounds combine together with these team members as an ultimate mastermind resource that collectively benefits our patients.

We believe that as we take care of our nurses, they will take care of our patients, who will take care of our company. From the vigilant lamp of Florence Nightingale, we will continue to let The Light of Nursing Excellence shine through us to the entire world, as if from a lighthouse to the wayward sailor at sea who seeks refuge from the storm. We will guide them home and provide for them their safe haven where we will watch over them so they may heal.
Our headquarters are based in Seward, Alaska, USA and we provide nursing care throughout the state of Alaska. As we grow, we aim to establish new lighthouses across the state and then expand our light nationwide. We are the new standard of nursing excellence in patient care. We are changing the world one patient at a time.
