- The staff of the ABC’s of ADOPTION, Inc. are social workers and specially trained advocates who have spent their lives working in the public and private sectors, and with various state agencies. The Board of Directors is staffed by adoptees, birthparents, and adoptive parents representing different aspects of the adoption triad. We also have an Outreach Educator that interacts with the community, and educates about the adoption process.
