- AATA is incorportated as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. AATA is a membership organization governed by elected officers and a Board of Directors. AATA's three annually elected officers consist of a president, vice president, and secretary/treasurer. There are 11 district directors on the board from each of the AATA districts throughout the state and 10 at large directors.
