- Lynda Seeber began looking after dogs by working at the RSPCA kennels (including quarantine and hospital) in Liverpool, England, where she was born and grew up. People were bringing injured, stray and sick animals to Lynda as far back as she can remember. After coming to the U.S. in 1971, she continued caring for strays and unwanted pets, including rescuing a distressed falcon.
