I also understand that yes we do need better communication, I do apologize for you calling our companies toll-free number and never getting an answer or if you left a message you should of at least given a call back from the staff member you left your message with.
That being said, I personally made the decision a few months ago to take down our toll-free number from our website, all staff members email signatures and all affiliate accounts and strictly use email communication from this point on.
I personally feel all dealing are much safer with actual transcript than a phone conversation. This was mainly decided to eliminate misunderstandings and legal liabilities among our advertisers not affiliate issues. Ad Angler has recently grown substantially and one major truth to this business is with the presence of larger amounts of traffic and higher amounts of commissions to collect from more advertisers, the greater the risk of a lawsuits or worst advertiser non-payments because a misunderstanding over the phone with our sale team. Although we have legal contacts with all our advertiser to help protect us, this just felt like an extra layer of protection and was advised by our lawyer.
On a side note, I did eliminate all extensions on our phone system from forwarding calls directly to my affiliate managers cell phones. So yes the extension you dialed would not of picked up, but all voicemails left to that extensions inbox does still record and instantly emails that recording directly to the corresponding staff members for that extension, all my affiliate managers are fully capable of listening to the left voicemail to on their computer and able to quickly respond back through email. I was however hoping to completely do away with our phone lines soon for everyone.

Plus we need all our correspondents to be in text to avoid confusion with our clients. And I am guessing that the reason you where not paid was because you had asked for PayPal which there is a $1000 minimum for payment, and since you never reached your 1K a payment was never issued. Also since we changed platforms and sent many emails to everyone for everyone to resign-up and update their payment information, this could be another reason your account slipped through the cracks again. We are however going to take care of you, I have sent your info over to accounting and they should be handling your account later today.
Also have you submitted your W-8 or W-9 tax information to tax@adangler or faxed it to 1.800.960.1084

We do however have some affiliates who break the rules and promote our offers wrongly. We have taken a stance that if we don’t get paid by our advertisers because an affiliate who did not follow the offer guidelines and our or our advertisers terms and conditions they will be forced to forfeit their commissions. Unfortunately, this sometimes will lead to that affiliate in violation threatening us by using a slanderous post on a forum to try to persuade us to pay them even when we didn’t get paid.
I assure you we always back our affiliates 100% and we will always pay you if you promote our offers correctly and if the advertiser stiffed us on those valid leads, we will still pay you out of our own pocket.
It's when we find physical proof of fraud or violations when we make the decision not to pay on uncollected commissions!

To track your commissions is simple, please login to your account. Then click the “Reports” tab at the top left menu. If you hover over top of the “Reports” tab it will give you the option for: Daily, Hourly, Offers, Source, Conversion, Affiliate Referral and our Publisher Contests.
Once you click on the,“Reports” tab you will have many options to refine your commission report data.

You have 2 options for setting up our offer's web banner creatives for your website, the first option you have is once you are on your desired offer page in your Ad Angler account. You can simply click the box next to "Creative:" under the "Generate Tracking" tab. This will list the available size banners you have access to for that specific offer. Once you have clicked on your chosen banner size that your websites ad space requires, your code will be automatically generated in a box below. You will then copy and paste it as code into advertising material.
Your next option does require that you understand how HTML works so we do not recommend this to beginners!

Ok, your approved on the offers you requested. How do you plan to run each offer? And can you make sure you follow all guidelines, terms of service and offer descriptions and restrictions and extra terms provided by each offer.

Looks good, if you want any suggestions. I would suggest using http://wordpress.org/ or Joomla.com to make your website, I attached the files. If your hosting company has cpanel you can use fantasico for easy and fast installation or just use tone of the packages I sent you. Wordpress is the easiest to use, but you can do more with Joomla. Ad Angler’s website was build using Joomla. There are so many templates for both Wordpress and Joomla and they make your site look professional. But most importantly they help you 100 times better at getting rank on search engines.

No we do not have an email list for you. Each off does however have a suppression list, which is a list that does not allow emails, you have to scrub/remove emails from your list for all emails on our suppression list.
You can use your own email, as long as the offer allows it please read all the offers description and if you can find what you are looking for please email me and I can double check for you so we don’t run into any problems.
