Hello, my name is Michelle. I Have a story about my son, who has recently experienced the cruel side of The Fairfax County Court System. The Detectives invovled in his case failed to turn up the necessary witnesses named in his defense. However, procecution extended the trial to gather information and witnesses. My son has been in JDC for a number of months now. The courts believe that his disability is no more than a sign of being spoiled. Of the children invovled in the case he is the only one in JDC and the other boys are on probation. My son was threatened, tazed and held at knife point to perform acts against his will. Not only were there marks to show this but, the defense was told of witnesses to prove this. They did nothing. I have done everything within my means to get help.
