The 700 Springs Ranch is a 13,000 acre property sitting in the heart of the Texas Hill Country. 5 miles of the South Llano River run through it. The main lodge is a 5 bedroom, 4 bath, 5000 square foot rock house built in the 1940’s. Most visitors will have their own rooms and can relax watching DSS Satellite TV or sit and visit by the fire in the enormous living room and patio area.
