I broke down and bought the bodybugg finally. In case you aren’t aware, the bodybugg is a little device that essentially does a great job at calorie management. It keeps track of calories coming in and calories going out giving you great control over weight management. The bodybugg will go as far as determining the calories burned per minute which is pretty cool. It attaches to the computer with a USB cable where you download the data for the day.
