24hour Home Care’s office staff is informative and helpful. Our staff can make an initial assessment of what services you will need over the phone. Following that conversation, a member of management can come to your home and further discuss what services would be most beneficial and cost effective. 24hour Home Care assists the entire family unit, patient first and then relieve stress which every family experiences when a family member is ill or disabled.
All our field staff has been carefully screened. They must pass an extensive testing process which includes an in-depth personal interview, reference checks, and criminal background checks.
24hour Home Care is a full service company, providing companions, live-in’s, certified home health aides, certified nursing aides, and licensed vocational nurses. Based on customer feedback, we are now providing handyman services too! Our staff can provide transportation to appointments, dinner out, rides in the fall to see the foliage, or to nearby beaches in the summer to brighten their spirits. For some of our clients, we are responsible for all their needs including bill paying, appliance repair, food shopping, the list is endless. If needed, we can also refer you to competent attorneys, or conservators with whom you would feel comfortable confiding in. We are here for you, 24 hours a day, 365 days a week.
