- Pastors Joel and Amy Stockstill are the pastors of 220power, the revolutionary youth ministry of Bethany World Prayer Center. 220power embraces three principles that are essential for multiplication: radical prayer, radical evangelism, and radical discipleship. Using these principles, Pastors Joel and Amy have raised up 430 leaders who disciple over 3,300 students in weekly cell meetings. They have a goal to reach over 5,000 young people across the city of Baton Rouge by December of '06. Pastors Joel and Amy also train hundreds of youth pastors worldwide as a result of their desire to see a generation transformed by the Cross.
