The 13th Judicial District Drug Task Force and Violent Crimes Unit is a multi-agency, multi-jurisdictional Task Force formed by District Attorney William E. Gibson and based in Putnam County, Tennessee. The Drug Task Force was originated by way of a federal grant from the Department of Justice. The 13th Judicial District is comprised of seven rural Upper Cumberland counties: Clay, Cumberland, DeKalb, Overton, Pickett, Putnam, and White.
