When and how did you first discover you had the gift to help people?
- I think after I'd taken my psychic development lessons, and was placed at a bookstore with back to back readings was the first time I understood that I was able to be helpful.
- I'm a surrealist painter/computer artist, CarolynFerris.com, and a psychic, IntuitiveReadings.com. Pomegranate Books and Calendars was first to publish my artwork. I am a book illustrator such as with Timothy Leary's Chaos and Cyberculture; I also created art with Timothy Leary. I've produced holistic Expos with speakers including Ken Kesey and Dan Millman. For 10 years I had a storefront in Marin (California) called Tambience (a mix between ambience and Mt. Tamalpais), where I did readings and surrealistic art. I was an elementary art teacher in Marin at 3 public schools. I've created art for Santana, including tee shirt designs and bandanas. I've created rock-n-roll posters for San Francisco's Fillmore. I've also been invited as a psychic for corporate parties through the years, and often I have brought a group of other psychics with me for the functions. I've taught 16 week psychic development courses for many years, and recently through Colorado Free University. I will soon be offering web classes about chakras and psychic development, so please contact me if you are interested. Recently I created a free online Oracle Deck.
How did you get started in this business?
- A friend of my husband insisted I must meet this woman that does readings. Back then, I was a Catholic and didn't know what the word metaphysical meant. We were finally invited to her house for dinner, I figured she was safe because she had statues of angels everywhere in her house. I studied with her for just over a year. As soon as I finished my classes, I was booked in advance for back to back readings at a local bookstore.
What are some of your best skills as a reader?
- I have worked with thousands of people by now, all of them with unique issues to read. In the beginning of my reading career, I knew that if I asked for assistance, by turning the questions over to God/Goddess, answers were always there. With the experience of so many stories and going into the reading zone, the information just seems to come even quicker for me now. I get to the point, quickly and accurately during a reading. When a reading is complete, my clients are left with the metaphoric tools they need to help them on their way.
Do you offer special services or insights that customers might find helpful?
- I think most people appreciate my ability to troubleshoot issues. If you give me a name, I can look at the energy of that person and let you know what they are like before you meet them. I will also have a look at how to improve relationships, sometimes by psychically interviewing one's partner, friend, or even boss. If you are in the Denver area, I love Past Life Regressions, but they are only in person. These are so much fun because, the client is the one experiencing the images. It is rather like the client is taking me on a guided tour of lives they have experiences. I take notes and record the session. Afterwards, we compare the lives of the past to the present, a deeper understanding of why we are, who we are, is also often achieved through these sessions.

- I am an editor for The Rock Poster Society newsletter: TRPS.org.
Why do you love what you do?
- Life is about engaging and sharing with all of the other soul pioneers who've ventured to this earth, some are happy, some are stuck, some are busy, some are searching, some are sad, some are in love. I do love that we all have such unique life stories, but mostly, the thing I find the most touching is when one of the people I've read calls me back and tells me they've had a break through regarding an issue they'd been struggling with.
