Description
PoliticsPA launched on October 22, 2001 and our editor is Sy Snyder, a pseudonym for the people who are working on this site. We have chosen to remain anonymous, much like James Madison, Alexander Hamilton and John Jay when they wrote the Federalist Papers under the pseudonym Publius. Sy has no relation to Simon Snyder our beloved former Governor.
Our site is being maintained as a resource for observers of the Pennsylvania political scene. We are also using this website as a means to inject our views into the political arena. With all due respect to Pennsylvania's print and electronic journalists, there is some interesting inside political news that does not make it in print or on the air. Maybe this Internet site will allow that to happen.
We readily admit that some of us here at PoliticsPA are not completely unbiased. We have favorites just like you, and there are some Pennsylvania pols who we are not enamored with. You will probably be able to figure that out on your own.
