An IntraLase Laser is a specific type of Excimer Laser used exclusively in LASIK eye surgery. It is a fully computerized, all-laser technology with no blades or mechanical parts (unlike the traditional Mikrokeratome method), thus eliminating any possibility of blade-related complications.
