- AMC Festival Walk is AMC's first theatre in Hong Kong opened in 1998, with its eleven screens, makes it the largest in the region. From January 2006, Suntech International Management Limited, a highly regarded operator of first class cinemas in Hong Kong and a subsidiary of the well known Edko Films Limited, has commenced operating AMC Festival Walk. Suntech International will also be operating the new six-screens Cineplex at Pacific Place, named AMC Pacific Place, which is scheduled to be opened in the winter of 2006. This will be a state of the art cinema with stadium-style seating, and a comfortable, modern environment.
