- The Caffey Investment Group, Inc. was founded in 1998 by Dexter A. Caffey President and CEO. The company is an Introducing Brokerage firm with Man Financial one of the worlds largest Futures Commission Merchants(FCM). The Caffey Investment Group is also a member of the National Futures Association(NFA) and registered with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission(CFTC). Mr. Caffey grew up in Youngstown Ohio. His adventurous entrepreneurial spirit began at the age of 16. Mr. Caffey had taken an extreme interest in the financial markets. He spent countless hours learning about the financial markets from his father who worked in the financial services business. Mr. Caffey attended Youngstown State Universtity and majored in his passion "Business Finance." During his senior year in college, he had taken a trip to the financial capital of the world "New York City" with his finance professor Dr. Ronald Volpe and several other students. After seeing the very exciting trading pit in New York City, he knew right away that this was the business for him. After graduation, he moved to Atlanta GA. and became licensed in 1997. He worked for a couple of futures brokerage companies, and in 1998 he knew it was time to start The Caffey Investment Group, Inc. Today, the company has an Institutional client base, and offers managed futures for high net-worth clients.
