My family and I have mined natural materials in the southwest United States for many years. I have supplied hundreds of Native American carvers with high-grade stone for over 15 years.
The picture to the right is of the Cheama brothers taken from the book "The Fetish Carvers of Zuni." Quoted from the book page #72 "Joe Harris from Silver City, comes to Zuni with good serpentine (without fractures), a material the Cheama's carve best."
