Winnipeg Chamber of Commerce President and CEO Dave Angus is pleased to announce that The Chamber will be hosting a special membership luncheon with Bank of Canada Governor Mark Carney delivering the keynote address in early February sponsored by Deloitte and Canad Inns. Mr. Carney who was appointed Governor of the Bank of Canada, effective February 1, 2008 will comment on the Canadian economy and the conduct of monetary policy in his address.
