This site allows user-edited content. I don't know how it's configured, with a CMS, static html, PHP, or what. But it isn't just the "on message" public voice of the WebTV corp. An example is a list of freeware I found. It has a good collection of links to all kinds of stuff, but the page is ugly as anything I've ever seen. The point being there's a lot of amateur web content, some of it is lousy, some is great, but it's more unique than you'll find on a corporate face. ~posted by Anonymous in July 2007
