- 1. Web Server Acceptable Use Policy Agreement and Standard Operating Policy. Web Integrity Web Server services are provided by Web Integrity ("Web Integrity" or "we") to you ("Subscriber" or "you"), subject to the terms of this Agreement and Web Integrity operating policy, which is incorporated herein and referred to as the "Standard Operating Policy" or "SOP" and shall be collectively referred to as "AUP." You may access the AUP by http://www.webintegrity.com/main/web_hosting/acceptable. The AUP comprises the entire agreement between Web Integrity and you, and supersedes any prior agreements between you and Web Integrity with respect to the subject matter of the AUP. Web Integrity may revise the AUP at any time, and such revision shall be effective ten (10) days after notice of the proposed revision posts to the Web Integrity Customer Forums or is sent to customer via e-mail to the address we have on file in our customer database. You agree to review the AUP periodically to be aware of such revisions. If any such revision is unacceptable to you, you may terminate your contract for service with Web Integrity as provided in Section 9 below. Your continued use of Web Integrity following the Effective Date of any such revision to the AUP is deemed as your acceptance of all such revisions.
