If you go to our forum and post your info in our LNP (phone number transfer) section i'll be able to look and see what is causing you problems.
I also wanted to mention that we do not have the ability to hold or refuse to port out your number, this is done automatically between carriers. The only requirement is that your account be active, as long as your account is active then you can port out your number.
