Database Systems Corp. is one of the pioneers in the development of voice broadcasting technology. DSC developed its own computer autodialer that performs predictive dialing and added agentless dialing campaigns to this computer telephony phone system.

The DSC voice broadcast system maintains phone lists and recorded phone messages and manages the phone dialer as it send these voice messages. If the call is answered (either by an answering machine or an individual), a pre-recorded voice message is played. If the voice broadcast system detects a no answer condition or busy signal, the message can be rescheduled for delivery later that day or into the following day.

Using DSC's own voice message broadcasting phone systems and software, DSC is ideally positioned to provide comprehensive voice broadcasting solutions to communities, customers and organizations.

Voice Broadcasting Systems

The DSC state-of-the-art voice broadcast system can send one phone message or can deliver millions of pre-recordered call messages. These messages can be played to either individuals and answering machines or just to individuals informing them of emergency alerts, community events or upcoming appointments.

After the voice broadcasting system delivers the recorded message, the call recipient can be given the option to make menu touch phone selections using the telephone keypad digits (DTMF signals).

DSC has developed two series of voice broadcasting phone systems, the WIZARD analog and the PACER digital phone systems. These phone dialing systems are provided to our clients who wish to purchase their own system. They are also used exclusively at our own call centers for processing inbound call applications.

Besides broadcasting voice messages to individuals and groups, DSC provides a facility for sending text messages as well. Using the DSC website, customers can send Short Message Service (SMS) messages to mobile devices and cell phones. This text messaging capability can be used to contact community members or commercial clients.
