All over the web are reviews of the ghastly customer service for this company. The owner does not care about his customers - he is rude, nasty, and worst of all he will charge your credit card even before an item has shipped. This just means he's sitting pretty with his money, and you have no goods in exchange. The way the owner lures in customers is by offering cheap vitamins, etc. and he does offer variety, but presumably because he has so many customers he doesn't care whether he loses a few. He is notorious for screaming at people on the phone, being rude, nasty, and cutting people off mid-sentence. DON'T SHOP ON THE INTERNET AT VITAGLO.COM OR AT DISCOUNT NATURAL FOODS IN SYRACUSE, NY.
