edit I've been accepted into College!
January 9, 2007
Just like the title says - it's true! After waiting a month and a half, learning that we need grade transcripts from another school, waiting for January to get the transcripts from the school when it opens, submitting the transcripts and waiting again, the Registrar called me to tell me that I've been accepted! The college I'm going to is Irvine Valley College, a community college which has a way of approving K12 students for full-time or part-time education in college. I hope to transfer to UCIrvine when I'm done.
I must thank Ray King for writing a recommendation letter - without it, this wouldn't have happened. Thank you Ray!!!!!!!!
This is Vartan, signing off.

edit I'm not dead,
December 18, 2007
I'm not dead, - I'm busy. I just finished the final exam for my Biology course when it turned out the laboratory also had a test. Just finished it today and got registered for chemistry and computer science next semester (part-time college student, waiting for full-time approval - IVC). Also everyone except my brother has gotten sick with some really annoying respiratory infection. Not contagious, but all we do is *cough* *cough* and *cough*. Everyone's sick of it.
So, I'm not abandoning anyone or anything - I'm just having some trouble in my personal life.

December 2, 2007
And C++ is Extra-Cryptic. I opened up a very old book on C and started trying to create something on my computer... bad idea. For now I'm sticking with C# until my brain is able to comprehend ::'s.
Meanwhile, I have been working on the AboutUsBrowser, and a great idea struck me! Code highlighting! I'm going to use the famous Regular Expressions to do the job - but there's one problem. I'm having a lot of trouble creating RegEx's to find <nowiki>s, #REDIRECTs, and other things. Couldn't find any on "dee Eenternets" either. So, help?
(Crickets chirping).
