- My order was placed for premium seats at at premium price on 11/12/06 and received email confirmation.
When no tickets had arrived by 12/25/06 called to check and told the order had been cancelled on 11/21/06. No notice and no explanation. Was offered unacceptable end zone seats as alternative. No thank you! Confirmation states "We truly appreciate your business." What a joke..would never reccommend this broker.

250% Markups
- The seats were said to be "premium" but they happened to be some of the worst in the house. You have no recourse, no returns or refunds, and the price was outrageous (you can't tell until they send the tickets with the actual price on them.)

Never Again
- Took all day to get ahold of the rep I was dealing with.
Was sent the wrong tickets. I buy tickets for my company all the time. This was my first and last expericence with this establishment.
