TEAM VALOR INTERNATIONAL LLC

==Description

Team Valor International LLC is a horse-racing stable that forms partnerships in the Limited Liability Company format to campaign Thoroughbreds on a vast international scale. Barry Irwin is the sole proprietor of this Delaware LLC, which has an office in the heart of Kentucky's famed bluegrass region at Thoroughbred Square in Versailles, home of such famous farms as Ashford and Lane's End.

Usually about 100 horses comprise the Team Valor International stable, with about 55 domiciled within the confines of North America, about 30 spread across South Africa and another 15 in Europe.

The stable has won Grade 1 races or campaiged Champion racehorses in England, Ireland, France, Italy, Asia, the Middle East, Canada, United States and South Africa.

Champions and Grade 1 winners for the stable include such luminaries of the Turf as Captain Bodgit (won Grade 1 Florida Derby, second beaten a head in the Kentucky Derby, third beaten a neck in the Preakness Stakes), Ipi Tombe (Horse of the Year in United Arab Emirates, won the Grade 1 Dubai Duty Free Stakes at Nad al Sheba), Unbridled Belle (won the Grade 1 Beldame Stakes at Belmont, million-dollar Delaware Handicap), Irridescence (Champion Filly at 3 in South Africa, won the Grade 1 Audemar Piguet Queen Elizabeth II Cup at Sha Tin race course in Hong Kong), Sweet Stream (Champion Older Filly or Mare in England, won the Group 1 Prix Vermeille at Longchamp race course in Paris, France), Becrux (Champion Colt at 2 in Italy, won the Grade 1 Bell Woodbine Mile at Woodbine racetrack in Toronto, Canada), Added Edge (Champion Colt at 2 in Canada, when unbeaten, won the Grade 2 Nashua Stakes at Aqueduct racetrack in New York), Carnadore (Champion Colt at 2 in South Africa, won the Grade 1 Golden Medallion at Scottsville race course in South Africa), Captain's Lover (won the Grade 1 Cape Fillies Guineas at Kenilworth race course in Cape Town, South Africa), Torgau (Champion Filly at 2 in Ireland, won the Cartier Racing Award for Champion Filly at 2 in England), Prized (won the Grade 1 Breeders' Cup Turf), Star of Cozzene (won the Grade 1 Man o' War Stakes at Belmont Park, Arlington Million at Arlington Park), Golden Ballet (won the Grade 1 Santa Anita Oaks), Martial Law (won Grade 1 Santa Anita Handicap), Cashier's Dream (won the Grade 1 Spinaway Stakes at Saratoga in New York), Little Miss Magic (won the Grade 1 Empress Club Stakes at Turffontein race course in Johannesburg, South Africa).

The staff of TVI is made up of Barry Irwin (Principal), Aron Wellman (Racehorse Administrator), Amy Collingsworth (Administrative Assistant) and Kathleen Jones Irwin (Research, Website).

Team Valor International's stock in trade is the acquisition of lightly raced stock or yearlings, bought to be developed to the best of their ability.

Other than Godolphin racing stable of The Maktoum Family from the United Arab Emirate of Dubai, TVI probably has the next most apparent presence in international racing.

Interests of 10 and 5 percent are sold in each of its racehorses and each racehorse is the subject of a separately formed LLC. Partners participating in TVI LLCs live in most of the states in America, as well as Canada, South Africa, Dubai, Japan, Germany, France, England and Australia.
