Newhomes.com is a highly successful marketer of New Homes. Founded in 1992, Newhomes used traditional print media such as trade magazines to generate much of its sales traffic. The company uses field agents familiar with their local market to assist the buyer, typically a family relocating to a new city.
Founder Richard Davis began looking for ways to leverage the web during the mid 90’s. After many struggles and numerous relationships with a variety of providers, Mr. Davis met Tom Nguyen, TBL Media’s Chief Technology Officer and co-founder. Tom provided the technical and business expertise to enable Newhomes.com to re-invent itself as a fully web driven business for all inquiries and business process. As a result of this successful venture, Richard Davis and Tom Nguyen co-founded TBL Media in mid-year 2000. The production facility in SE Asia fully staffed, equipped and operational. TBL Media has an ongoing effort forging partner relationships to leverage this highly skilled, low cost delivery team.
