- In the spirit of the Episcopal Church in the United Sates of America, which has long been supportive of peace, non-violence, human rights and social activism, 30 members of St. Mark's Episcopal Church in Raleigh, North Carolina, have formed the St. Mark's Episcopal Peace Fellowship. Our goal is to find ways to actively promote peaceful solutions to the war in Iraq and Afghanistan, and to the conflict between the Palestinians and the Israelis.
