To The Martinsville Henry County Society For The Prevention of Cruelty To Animals. We are a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for animals and people in our community. We operate an adoption center and dog park located at 132 Joseph Martin Highway. Shelley Frith Drane Adoption Center Open to Public: Tuesday thru Friday, 10:00am to 6:00pm, Saturday 10:00am to 4:00pm. We are closed on Sunday and Monday.
