- spatiallyadjusted.com is the personal blog of James Fee. Was born in New Jersey, but grew up in Laguna Niguel in the heart of Southern California (lucky me). I went to College at Arizona State University with a BS in Geography. I did an internship with the City of Mesa, AZ and after graduation got a job at Dames & Moore (now part of URS Corporation). I’m currently working for TEC Inc in Tempe, AZ. Our primary focus is on developing GIS systems for U.S. DoD clients.
