SoftPro is based in Raleigh, North Carolina. We offer a mature suite of products, designed specifically for the closing and title industry. From the beginning our mission has been to serve you. Our products are modular so we don't force you to buy anything you don't need. You can always add on as your business grows. And our sales reps aren't commission based so each of them is equally glad to help you. Unlike other software companies, we view the sale as the beginning of the relationship rather than the end.
At SoftPro, we have spent the last nineteen years learning your business. We understand that as much as you would like to automate your office, you have limited resources to spend on hardware and software, and even less time to learn new programs. We've talked to folks that have invested in software only to find that the company has gone out of business a few months later. And, we've heard from folks that have waited hours or days to get help from the technical support department. They've tried programs that were hard to learn, hard to use, and obviously weren't written with them in mind.
After the sale, you have 30 days to decide if the software is right for you. Our programs are designed for easy installation. One of our technical support representatives will call to introduce him or herself and provide information on the services we offer. We maintain the best telephone response time in the industry, and we stay on the phone until we've answered your question or solved your problem. If you are in the middle of a closing, or your hardware technician is in your office, just let us know and we'll mark your call as urgent. We maintain a balanced staff of real estate and technical experts so that no matter what your needs are, we can get you back to work as fast as possible. And if you need additional product training, we offer public training classes at SoftPro, or you can have a consultant/trainer come to your office.
