Sistema Technologies, Inc. is a spin-off of Y&L Consulting, Inc. (a YASH Technologies company). Sistema and Y&L remain closely affiliated. Sistema’s focus is on local and state government IT development opportunities and Y&L is focused on commercial business IT development opportunities.
Founded in San Antonio in 2002, Sistema Technologies has been servicing the IT staffing needs of Texas-based companies for just over a decade. Companies rely on Sistema to not only provide talent but also insightful solutions to both business and IT challenges. Our reputation is everything to us. The Texas IT community is small and tight knit. Word that a project went south, untalented consultants were provided, QA testers missed obvious program bugs, and project managers didn’t keep everything on track would be detrimental to a company the size of Sistema. That is why we over‐service our clients. We know very clearly that our success is directly tied to yours. We carefully screen and skill test every consultant before presenting them to you. And, in terms of rates, we are very generous with our consultants and keep our margins in check.
