11 July 2006 -- Former Philippine ambassador to the United States Albert del Rosario will be the next speaker at the joint meeting of Makati Business Club, Philippines-United States Business Council, American Chamber of C ommerce, and the Management Association of the Philippines on 26 July 2006 at Dusit Hotel Nikko, Makati City. This is the first time he will be addressing the local business community after his controversial resignation as ambassador effective 8 July 2006.
Ambassador del Rosario will speak on the country’s current foreign policy with the United States and how the Philippines’ international standing may be more effectively enhanced.
