98.9 WRFN-LP is a 100-watt station licensed to Pasquo, Tennessee, a suburb of Nashville. Our basic idea is simple. We believe that since the airwaves belong by law to the public, the public should have access to them. We believe that we have as basic a right to speak on the radio as to listen. And we have a unique opportunity. Thousands of these LPFM licenses were granted. But the vast majority of them went either to government DOTs, or small rural churches.
