Radsource was founded in 2001 as a joint venture between United Surgical Partners International (USPI) and Imaging Specialists, PLLC, a subspecialized radiology practice. Since that time, USPI has become the largest operator of surgery centers in the country, and Imaging Specialists has become one of the largest and most respected providers of outpatient MRI interpretation in the country.
